There are two deadlines this year.
Early registration: March 12, 2014
Final deadline: April 23, 2014
All vendor applications will be date stamped as received, and accepted; spots will be assigned in order of acceptance. Vendor applications received after the early deadline will be reviewed and accepted as they are received.
Vendors will be notified upon acceptance of their application. Checks will not be cashed until the vendor is accepted into the festival. Please insure that the email address is included on the form and legible, as notifications will be via email.
ALL vendors must complete BOTH the Vendor application and Hold Harmless Agreement. The Hold Harmless Agreement is attached to the application; both pages must be completed and submitted with your check.
All Food Vendor applicants must complete the Food Purveyor Contract and the Hold Harmless Agreement. The Hold Harmless Agreement is attached to the application; both pages must be completed and submitted with your check.
Failure to have a complete package will result in not being admitted to the festival. Cancellations with at least two weeks notice will be honored; any cancellation within two weeks will forfeit fee.
