REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

There are two deadlines this year.
Early registration:   March 10, 2017
Final deadline:   April 21, 2017

This year, all vendors can apply directly online for the application. To register, please click on the application – either food purveyor vendor or arts & crafts vendor (to the right).  The application includes a hold harmless agreement, which is required for all vendors.

Food Vendor pricing:

Fees for (1) vendor 10 x 10’ space are listed below. Please note the fee schedule is the same as it was in 2015 and 2016.
Food Vendors: $200.00
Non-Profit Organizations: $25.00 discount off the above prices
Preferred spot for food vendors only: $25.00 additional charge per vendor space

Arts and Crafts Exhibitor Contract Participation Fees

Fees for (1) vendor 10 x 10’ space are listed below. Please note the fee schedule is the same as 2015 and 2016.
Arts & Craft Exhibitors: $125.00
Non-Profit Organizations: $25.00 discount off the above prices
Arts and crafts vendors WILL NOT have access to electricity. No EXCEPTIONS!

Payment and liability insurance certificate will still be sent by mail. Liability insurance is required for all Food Purveyor Vendors. See the mailing address below.

New this year, all vendors will be required to apply for a Business License with the Town of Bluffton. The application must be filed no less than 30 days prior to the Festival. The Bluffton Village Festival committee will not be issuing or collecting these permits. See link for the Business License (to the right).         

Vendors will be notified upon acceptance of their application. Please ensure the correct email address is included, as notifications will be sent via email.

All vendor applications will be date stamped as received, and accepted; spots will be assigned in order of acceptance. Vendor applications received after the deadlines will be reviewed and accepted as they are received and space permitting.

Only complete packages will be processed for admission to the festival. Cancellations with at least two weeks’ notice will be honored; any cancellation within two weeks will forfeit fee.
